All vehicles established and fully managed by Mossfon Trust benefit from a wide range of financial services. In conjunction with the establishment of the corporation or foundation, in our fiduciary capacity, we are able to administrate the financial affairs of our clients by opening and operating banking facilities in all major currencies at leading banking and financial institutions throughout the world. Also acting in our fiduciary capacity, Mossfon Trust offers services of Authorized Signatories to the bank accounts.

Through these services our clients companies or foundations can enjoy some of the following services:

• Deposit accounts attracting various rates of interest

• Corporate credit and debit cards

• Investment and portfolio management

• Stock brokerage services

Our staff will administrate the account’s daily or monthly activities. We would make disbursements, program payments, ensure and acknowledge receipt of funds from dividends or other sources. This will give and maintain strict confidentiality of the affairs of the vehicle, as well as, protect its funds and assets as with any normal trust company practice.

In the particular case of Foundations, the activity of the Foundation council with respect to management of the Foundation may be subject to supervision of the Protector of the Foundation. This may allow us to establish a process, which will allow us to recognize the identity of the protector. While the instructions with respect to any movements on the account are received by the appointed administrator, the funds of the foundation are always protected by a so-called 4-eyes principle. We will have at least three authorized signatories assigned to the account with at least two signatories to authorize any payment.
