Mossfon Trust Corporation is a fully licensed trust company under the supervision of the Panama Banking Superintendence.
Our mission is, on the one hand, to help our clients arrange their inheritance affairs combined with effective and practical wealth protection solutions. Such solutions will allow you to provide for the upbringing and education of your children, to provide for the care and monetary maintenance of spouses, relatives and parents in case of your demise.
On the other hand we have the capability to help establish businesses such as your import, export and warehousing operations in the Colón Free Trade Zone, provide fully managed offices through our Business Centre, establish contacts and conduct negotiations with governmental entities or the Canal Authority, manage and action royalty payments and similar transactions and business activities.
But we do not limit ourselves to the above quoted activities. We can help our clients relocate in Panama, assisting in the opening of bank accounts, obtainment of credit cards, buying or renting property, be this perhaps on a small island, on the beach on the mainland, the cool climates of Boquete or Volcán or in Panama City itself, organizing medical services, insurance, domestic help and anything you can think of to make your move to this country smooth and easy.
Mossfon Trust Corporation will partner, where required, with our related law practice, accountants, bankers and Asset Management Company to create legal structures such as trusts or Private foundations, governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. The protection offered by the laws of Panama will ensure that your private arrangements remain private, that they are not subject to Panamanian taxation and that your funds can freely move into and out of Panama, in any currency, since no exchange controls exist. The only limitation is that the anti-money laundering provisions of Panama are strictly complied with. The authorities, Panamanian banks as well as our own organization are very careful to prevent any abuse of the otherwise friendly fiscal atmosphere of this small but very relevant country.
